The Local Liquor Store

What a horrible experience. I've been shopping at this store since it opened but recently it was sold. The last two experiences were bad which lends me to believe these folks have no idea what they're doing. First experience was a young male staff member at the register who apparently though I was invisible. No greeting, no smile, no interaction at all. Another staff member walked up to him while the transaction was still processing, so they both had a good personal chat to each other but completely ignored the customer. Experience number 2 was with the assistant manager. I have never experienced a person in a management position with such a lack of professionalism. I enquired about store promotions because it seemed they were always "coming one day". He made a remark that really shouldn't have been said to a customer about how the store is struggling to manage. When I challenged him on the comment he kept making the situation worse and escalating things. I asked for contact information for management and he called for the manager who
